We don’t wing it—and we don’t waste your time.
A great video starts long before we hit record. We’ve built a process that’s collaborative, transparent, and designed to make sure what we film actually fits the story you need to tell. Here’s how it works:
Getting Started
Discovery Call
Where we listen and ask the right questions.
A short, intentional conversation to get a feel for your story, goals, timeline, and audience. You don’t need to have it all figured out—this call gets us aligned.
Creative Proposal + Budget Plan
Your project, scoped out and shaped.
After the call, we’ll send a proposal that outlines:
Creative direction + story framework
Production overview
Rough timeline
Basic budget range
This becomes our shared starting point.
Contract + Deposit
Making it official.
Once the proposal’s approved, we’ll send over a simple contract and 50% deposit invoice. When that’s in, your project goes on our calendar and we’re off to the races.
Pre-Production (The Most Important Phase)
This is where your story takes real shape. The more in depth we plan here, the better—and more efficient—the rest of the process becomes. Pre-production is where we lock in the creative vision, structure the shoot, and eliminate guesswork in post.
Includes:
Story development + scripting (if needed)
Interview prep and talking point guides
Location scouting
Logistics: crew, travel, gear, timing
Production schedule
Shot planning
Optional: pre-interviews or research calls
Production (Shoot Day)
This is the part people picture when they think “video production”—but it’s actually the easiest part if we’ve done the work up front. We keep our crew lean and our energy grounded so we can focus on real moments, great light, and honest performances.
Includes:
On-location filming
Professional lighting and sound
Interview + b-roll capture
Drone footage (FAA-certified)
Clear direction that keeps it real
Respect for time, people, and place
Post-Production + Delivery
In post, we shape the footage into something that hits—visually, emotionally, and strategically. You’ll review rough cuts and give feedback before we finalize everything for launch.
Includes:
Story-first editing
Sound mix + music
Color grading
Captions if needed
Final delivery in formats for web, social, or internal use
Optional Add-Ons
Want More Than One Edit?
We can structure your shoot to create multiple pieces—short social clips, trailers, vertical cuts, internal versions. If you need more mileage, we’ll plan for that from the start.
